This policy explains what information Rocket Web Development ("Rocket Web Support," "we," "us"), 1603 12th Ave Rd, Suite C, Nampa, ID 83686, collects through rocketweb.support, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Contact and support requests: your name, email address, phone number, website address and whatever you write in the message.
Signing up for a care plan: your name, email address, business and website details, and the login details you choose for your account. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
Access to your website: when you're a client, the WordPress, hosting or DNS access you share so we can do the work in your plan.

Information collected automatically

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived). Google sets cookies to do this.
Site statistics and security: our WordPress plugins record basic visit statistics and security information, such as IP addresses of failed login attempts.
Feedback tool: some pages include a feedback widget (Userback) that collects what you choose to submit.

How we use information

To answer your questions and provide the services in your plan.
To set up and bill your subscription and send account and billing emails.
To keep the site and your account secure.
To understand and improve the site.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising by third parties.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run the site and deliver your plan, such as our web host (WP Engine), Stripe for payments, Google for analytics, and the backup, security and email tools we use. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your choices and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as signing in, may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep client and billing records for as long as you have a plan and as long afterward as we need them for accounting, tax or legal reasons. We keep messages from people who aren't clients only as long as needed to respond.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@rocketwebdevelopment.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with its date.
