Terms of Service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These terms cover WordPress care plans sold at rocketweb.support by Rocket Web Development ("Rocket Web Support," "we," "us"), 1603 12th Ave Rd, Suite C, Nampa, ID 83686. By signing up for a plan, you agree to them.

1. Plans and what's included

We offer the Core, Essentials, Premier and Performance care plans. Each plan's features are listed on our Pricing page and plan pages. Those pages are part of these terms. Each plan covers one website unless we agree otherwise in writing.

2. Small edits

Essentials includes 5 small edits a month; Premier and Performance include unlimited small edits. A small edit is a change that takes about 30 minutes or less, such as updating text, swapping images, adding a blog post you've written, or adjusting a plugin setting. We handle requests one at a time, in the order received. Unused edits don't roll over. New features, custom code, design work and redesigns are quoted separately. Premier and Performance clients receive 20% off our standard rate for that work.

3. Support hours and response times

Support is available weekdays, 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. We respond the same or next business day. Premier and Performance clients also receive after-hours emergency support until 10pm Mountain Time. An emergency means the site is down, hacked or unable to take orders or leads. Response times are targets, not guarantees.

4. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, starting on the day you sign up and renewing on that date each month. There is no setup fee. The first month is not prorated. You authorize us to charge your card each month until you cancel. We may change plan prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime by emailing support@rocketwebdevelopment.com. Cancellation stops future charges, and service continues through the end of the month you've already paid for. Payments already made, including for partial months, are not refunded.

6. Your responsibilities

You must give us the access we need (WordPress admin, hosting and DNS where relevant) and keep your contact details current. You're responsible for the content you ask us to publish, and for having the rights to it. You're also responsible for licenses for any premium plugins, themes or services, such as accessiBe, unless your plan says we provide them.

7. Backups, security and hosting

We keep daily offsite backups and take a backup before updates. No security measure is perfect. We'll work to prevent problems and to restore your site if one occurs, but we can't guarantee your site will never be hacked or go down. Premier and Performance include WP Engine hosting; the hosting uptime commitment is WP Engine's 99.95% SLA.

8. Third-party software

WordPress, plugins, themes, hosting and payment providers are made by other companies. We aren't responsible for their failures, price changes or discontinued products. When an update conflicts with your site, we'll roll it back and work on a fix.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the one month before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Ending service

We may end service for non-payment, abuse of our staff, or illegal content. We'll give notice where reasonable. When service ends, you can request a copy of your latest backup.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with its date, and changes apply from your next billing cycle.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
