What does a WordPress care plan include?
Every plan includes daily offsite backups, a backup before every update, managed SolidWP security, WordPress and plugin updates (monthly on Core, weekly on Essentials and up) and business-hours support.
How much does WordPress maintenance cost?
Core is $75/month, Essentials $125/month, Premier $250/month and Performance $325/month. See the Pricing page for a full comparison.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Plans are month to month with no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime.
How does billing work?
You are billed on the day you sign up, then monthly on that date. The first month is not prorated, and payments already made, including partial months, are not refunded when you cancel.
What counts as a small edit?
A change that takes about 30 minutes or less, like updating text, swapping images, adding a blog post you have written or adjusting a plugin setting. Essentials includes 5 a month; Premier and Performance include unlimited small edits, one request at a time.
How quickly do you respond?
We respond the same or next business day, weekdays 9am to 5pm Mountain Time. Premier and Performance clients also get after-hours emergency help until 10pm Mountain Time.
How quickly can you start on my site?
Your site is onboarded within 24 hours of signing up. We begin with a full site audit and security sweep.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes. Premier and Performance include WP Engine hosting with Cloudflare CDN.
Do you support WooCommerce and membership sites?
Yes. WooCommerce and membership site support, including checkout testing after updates, is part of the Performance plan.
