5 small edits each month
A small edit is a change that takes about 30 minutes or less, like updating text, swapping images, adding a blog post you have written, or adjusting a plugin setting. Essentials includes five each month.
Same or next business day response
Send us a request and we reply the same business day or the next, weekdays 9am to 5pm Mountain Time.
Backup before every update
Before we touch anything, we take a fresh backup. If an update does not agree with your site, we roll it back and fix the conflict.
